The Full Story
The idea to open a business came from an idea Thomas had one night when he was heading to bed. He was turning off his bedroom light using a voice-assistant device and thought, "Why don't I help teach about the ever evolving industry of smart technology and make people feel comfortable with it?" He then hunkered down to work on a business plan that has shaped what Smart Cloud LLC is today.
With a background in computer services, customer service, and a Comp TIA A+ certification, he is well-equipped to take care of all the needs of his clients.
Working in the customer service industry for years, including being a supervisor at a Fortune 500 company, taught him much about what people are looking for in a business and in the services it offers. He believes for someone to fully trust a business, it needs to offer full transparency, a sense of community, and respect for its clients. Thomas founded Smart Cloud LLC with these beliefs at its core.

Right To Repair
Minnesota has a chance to become the first state in the nation to pass “Fair Repair” legislation. The Fair Repair bill (HF 1138) guarantees our right to repair digital equipment like computers, refrigerators, cell phones and tractors. It requires manufacturers to provide owners and independent repair shops with access to repair information and replacement parts—so you have the resources you need to fix things quickly and affordably.
*Our completion guarantee applies to all services offered by Smart Cloud LLC that require a visit to the client's own safe environment. If, within the time-frame allotted, we fail to complete the original service requested by the client before arrival to the service location, we will schedule another onsite to finish the service or issue a refund. (Rescheduling, canceling and changing of services are limited to the "Rescheduling Terms" described in our terms and conditions).
