Protecting Everyone

COVID-19 is a serious issue that has been plaguing this world for months and must not be taken lightly. We have changed the way we perform ALL of our services to adapt with this infectious virus. With health screenings of all our technicians, sanitizing prior to greeting you at the door, masks, and additional methods of services we will do the best we can to protect you and our technicians.

Safety & Sanitation

The safety of our clients and technicians has always been at the forefront of our business model. We have added additional procedures for our IT repair technicians to perform during any on-site service during this pandemic. If an on-site/pick-up service is scheduled, all of our technicians will:

  • Wear a Face Mask (Only Unvaccinated Technicians)

  • Maintain a distance of 6 feet from everyone*

  • Remove all shoes upon entry**

  • Sanitize their hands prior to greeting you at the door

*This may not be possible. Our technicians will do the best they can to maintain the 6 feet distance.
**This will only be performed if the technician is entering a place of residence

Alternative Options Available

With the infection of COVID-19 being on everyone's mind when other people are within their eyesight, we have added alternative options that are available for all of our clients*. This includes: remote tech support services, pick-up/drop-off device repairs, & mail-in repairs. These alternative options will help prevent spreading the virus due to having little to not contact with our clients.
