Service Description

Remote Service Rates & Billing Remote support is billed at $85 per hour, with a 30-minute minimum. Beyond the minimum, billing is calculated in 0.02-hour increments. For Home Membership Holders: Charges will be deducted from your membership allotment first. Once your allotment is exhausted, standard overage rates will apply.
