What is the Hourly Support Credit?
The Hourly Support Credit is the pre-paid allocation included with your Home Membership.
It acts like a dedicated balance you can use to cover the cost of any of our hourly support services, whether we assist you remotely or visit your home in person. This key benefit provides simple, stress-free access to help without immediate, ongoing billing.
What do you mean by $50, $65, $70 Repairs?
The $50, $65, $70 Repair Perk puts a maximum cap on the labor cost for many complex repairs.
This benefit allows you to replace high, fixed-price services—which could easily stack up to $200 or more—with a single, low flat rate of only $50, $65, or $70.
It means that whether you need one fixed-price service (like an OS repair) or several consolidated into a single repair instance (like data backup and screen repair), you only pay that one low flat fee for the labor.
(Parts are always separate, but the labor fee is capped. Please see terms and conditions for full details.)
What does "Exclusive Overage Rates" mean?
It means you never have to pay full price, even if you use up all your annual support credits. Once your initial credits are depleted, you automatically unlock a special, discounted hourly rate for any additional support you need during your membership year.

Can I renew early if I run out of my support credits?
No, early renewals are not available as our Home Memberships require a 12-month commitment.
