What is the Hourly Support Credit?
The Hourly Support Credit is the pre-paid allocation included with your Home Membership.
It acts like a dedicated balance you can use to cover the cost of any of our hourly support services, whether we assist you remotely or visit your home in person. This key benefit provides simple, stress-free access to help without immediate, ongoing billing.
What do you mean by $50, $65, $70 Repairs?
The $50, $65, $70 Repair Perk puts a maximum cap on the labor cost for many complex repairs.
This benefit allows you to replace high, fixed-price services—which could easily stack up to $200 or more—with a single, low flat rate of only $50, $65, or $70.
It means that whether you need one fixed-price service (like an OS repair) or several consolidated into a single repair instance (like data backup and screen repair), you only pay that one low flat fee for the labor.
(Parts are always separate, but the labor fee is capped. Please see terms and conditions for full details.)
What does "50% Off Extra Hourly Support" mean?
This means you receive a 50% discount on any additional hourly support you purchase beyond what is included in your standard membership.
If your standard hourly rate for extra support is, for example, $100, your discounted rate will only be $50 per hour. It's our way of ensuring you get the best value when you need extra help.
What's included with the "Free Diagnostics" perk?
The Diagnostics Perk ensures that you never pay for problem detection.
This perk covers the free diagnosis of any issue, a service that is typically priced at $69 per diagnostic session. We'll pinpoint the problem at no cost to you, saving you money right from the start.

Can I renew early if I run out of my support credits?
Yes, absolutely, if you're on an annual home membership!
You always have the option to renew early, which will instantly replenish your hourly support credit. Just be aware that an early renewal will reset your annual renewal date to one year from the day you renew.
Here's a tip: We generally don't recommend renewing early. Our memberships are designed so you'll get a better value and a much deeper discount by purchasing additional hours rather than renewing your full membership ahead of schedule.
