• Data Transfer: We transfer up to 250GB of accessible user files from your old PC to your new computer. This includes documents, photos, and videos, ensuring that your important data is preserved and accessible on your new system. Additional charges may apply for larger data transfers.

• Software Installation: We install all required and optional updates, as well as four software titles of your choice. Additional software installations may incur extra fees. Any licensing required for the software must be provided by the client or purchased during the service.

• Malware Security: We install one malware security software to safeguard your system against threats and ensure the security of your data and personal information.

• Network Connection: We connect your new computer to your home network, ensuring that you have seamless access to the internet and network resources.

• Peripheral Setup: We assist in installing printers/scanners for seamless functionality, ensuring that your peripherals are properly configured and ready for use with your new computer.

• Browser Data Transfer: We assist with transferring browser passwords, bookmarks/favorites, provided that sync is turned on within the browser's account settings on both the previous and new computers. If sync is not turned on on the previous computer, our technician can assist with enabling it, provided the previous computer is functioning properly and can boot into its operating system.

• Customer Support: Our technicians are available to answer any questions you may have throughout the setup process, providing guidance and assistance to ensure that your new computer meets your needs and expectations.

• 60-Day Service Warranty: We provide peace of mind with a 60-Day Service Warranty, ensuring that you have ongoing support and assistance in the event of any issues or concerns with your new computer. We support both Mac and Windows systems, ensuring that regardless of your platform, you receive the same high level of service and support.
