What is the Hourly Support Credit?
The Hourly Support Credit is the pre-paid allocation included with your Home Membership.
It acts like a dedicated balance you can use to cover the cost of any of our hourly support services, whether we assist you remotely or visit your home in person. This key benefit provides simple, stress-free access to help without immediate, ongoing billing.
What do you mean by $50, $65, $70 Repairs?
The Repair Perk puts a maximum cap on the labor cost for many complex repairs.
This benefit allows you to replace high, fixed-price services—which could easily stack up to $200 or more—with a single, low flat rate. Whether you need one fixed-price service or several consolidated into a single repair instance, you only pay that one low flat fee for the labor. (Parts are always separate).
What's included with the "Free Diagnostics" perk?
The Diagnostics Perk ensures that you never pay for problem detection.
This perk covers the free diagnosis of any issue, a service that is typically priced at $79 per diagnostic session. We'll pinpoint the problem at no cost to you, saving you money right from the start.
What does "Exclusive Overage Rates" mean?
It means you never have to pay full price, even if you use up all your annual support credits. Once your initial credits are depleted, you automatically unlock a special, discounted hourly rate for any additional support you need during your membership year.

Can I renew early if I run out of credits?
No, early renewals are not available as our Home Memberships require a 12-month commitment. However, if you run out of credits, you have great options:
- Discounted Overages: You automatically unlock discounted rates.
- Change Your Plan: Upgrade at any time.
- Advanced Allocation: Members of 2+ years can request to use next year's funds early.
What does the Malwarebytes License include?
Your membership includes a premium software license to keep your device secure. It actively finds threats others miss and protects against online scammers.
This powerful protection is allocated for one of your devices. For customers with multiple devices, we offer a discounted member rate to purchase additional individual licenses, or a fixed-rate Malwarebytes 3-Pack ($59.99/year for 3 licenses) that any tier can add on. The member discount applies to single-license add-ons only; the 3-Pack price is the same across all tiers.
